Traditional JavaScript development mainly uses object-oriented programming patterns, interspersed with some functional programming ideas. In the latest ES6 standard, functional programming is increasingly used in front-end development. This article introduces several main features, applications, and advantages and disadvantages of functional programming in JavaScript.
